How do I uninstall another app from an iPhone/iPad device?

To uninstall another app from your iPhone/iPad device, follow these steps:

STEP 01: Uninstall another app on your iPhone/iPad device

• Open the Ever Accountable app and click the ellipsis menu icon located in the far right corner at the bottom of the window.
• Click "My Dashboard"
• Click the "Settings" icon.
• Scroll to the "Device Settings" section and click "Uninstall Another app" 

• When the "Uninstall Other Apps" window open, select "Allow Uninstalling Apps"

• Select "Understood" to continue to the next page.

• Once you are done, you will be directed to the page below, that confirms that you have allowed app uninstallation on your iPhone/iPad device. A 2 minute timer is activated to uninstall apps and you can now proceed with STEP 2 below, removing an app from the device.

**Please make sure to return to this page before the timer ends and remain on the page until the countdown finishes. If you leave early, your accountability partner will be notified. You can always restart the uninstall process to reactivate the 2-minute timer and remove an app from your device.

STEP 02: Remove the App from the Device

Locate the app icon on your Home Screen and press and hold it for a few seconds. Click "Remove App" from the pop up menu. 

STEP 03: Press "Delete App" to confirm that you want to remove the app from the device. 

STEP 04: Press "Delete App" to confirm that you want to delete the app from the device.

After you have deleted the app please return to the Ever Accountable app.
