What Is “Unlock Apps”?
The Unlock Apps feature turns on Screen Broadcasting on your iPhone or iPad. When Screen Broadcasting is active, iOS allows Ever Accountable to monitor activity (take random screenshots of screen activity) inside apps while they are being used.
What Happens When Screen Broadcasting Is ON?
While broadcasting is running, Ever Accountable can share:
In-app activity (via random screenshots)
Web activity inside apps (such as browsing within social media apps)
Alerts for concerning content
This ensures accountability coverage beyond just Safari or standard web browsing.
How to Turn On Screen Broadcasting (Unlock Apps)
Follow these steps on your iOS device:
Open the Ever Accountable app
Tap Unlock Apps on the Home screen
Tap Unlock Apps again
Tap Start Broadcast
Swipe up from the bottom of your screen to return to your Home screen and use your apps as normal while they are unlocked
Once broadcasting has started, you do not need to keep the Ever Accountable app open.
Important Note
If your phone restarts or powers down, broadcasting will need to be turned on again. Simply return to the Ever Accountable app and tap Unlock Apps again.
