Strict App Locking provides the highest level of accountability and device-wide protection on iOS.
When enabled, apps are locked by default and must be unlocked through Ever Accountable, which automatically starts secure screen broadcasting.
What Happens in Strict App Locking Mode?
All apps are locked by default
Apps must be unlocked through Ever Accountable
Unlocking an app starts broadcasting automatically
Apple limits whitelisting to 50 apps maximum
(This is an Apple iOS restriction, not an Ever Accountable limitation.)
How to Enable Strict App Locking
Open the Ever Accountable app
Tap Settings
Select App Protection & Locking
Tap Strict App Locking and Select Edit App Whitelist
You can check up to 50 apps to whitelist and select "Save"
Important Notes
Only apps on the whitelist can be accessed without being locked.
If you reach the 50-app limit, you will need to remove one app before adding another.
You can change your protection level at any time in Settings → App Protection & Locking. However, please note that your accountability partner will receive a notification of this on your reports. This is to ensure transparency.
