Ever Accountable offers several App Management features that help users stay protected and accountable while using their devices. These tools give you more control over how specific apps are monitored or restricted.
- Share Activity on this App – Allows the app’s activity to be included in your accountability reports and shared with your partners for full transparency.
- Filter this App – Activates filtering to block inappropriate or harmful content within the selected app.
- Block this App – Completely restricts access to the selected app to help reduce temptation and distractions.
Together, these features empower users to create a safer, more focused digital environment that supports their accountability goals.
To edit permissions on what apps are sharing activity on Android (this only works for Android), try this:
Step 1: Open the Ever Accountable app
Step 2: Tap the Settings icon (bottom-right of the screen)
Step 3: Tap App Configuration
Step 4: Tap Individual App Sharing & Blocking
Note: Make sure that the permission Installed Apps is allowed to be able to access this.
Step 5: Tap the app you wish to change the configuration.
Step 6: To stop Ever Accountable from blocking and sharing any information about the app you selected, uncheck both options in this window:
Uncheck "Share Activity in this app" if you want to stop Ever Accountable from sharing any data about this app on your report.
Uncheck "Filter this app" if you want to stop Ever Accountable from filtering the app.
Check “Block this app” if you want to Ever Accountable to disable this app.
Step 7: Tap the "Confirm" button once you're finished adjusting the settings, you can close out of Ever Accountable.
You’re all set! You can now return to the home screen or close the Ever Accountable app on your device. screen or close Ever Ever Accountable App on your device.
