Ever Accountable uses the VPN access on your phone to connect to our filtering servers. This can cause communication issues with some apps. To correct this, you'll want to Whitelist the app.
First, log into the Ever Accountable dashboard on the monitored device and click the menu icon in the top left corner
From there, go to Android Settings
Then select Monitored and Whitelisted Apps
Scroll through the list of app until you find the impacted one. Tap the app to open the settings, then place a check in the box to whitelist the app.
Please note, if an app is both unmonitored and whitelisted, it will be listed in a bold red text in the Ever Accountable app list. If it's just whitelisted, it will be listed in a bold black text.
Once you have finished making changes to the app settings, please allow up to 10 minutes for the settings to update on our server.
