How to Update My Billing Information?

Step 1:   Go to your dashboard by opening the Ever Accountable app in your registered device/machine. You may also open your dashboard in your browser. (Make sure to login using your correct registered email address ).

Step 2: Navigate to Account

Step 3: Tap on Edit Billing Method Button

Step 4: In the Card Information pop-up window, enter your new billing information and confirm the changes by clicking the Submit button.

All set! A confirmation notification will appear on top of your dashboard to indicate that your billing information has been successfully updated!

Note: If your payment is managed through the Google Play Store or App Store, please follow the steps in the link below to update your card details. 

• Google Play - If you're subscribed via Google Play.
• App Store - If you're subscribed via App Store.
