Your cancellation steps depend on where you originally purchased your Ever Accountable subscription.
1. iOS App Store Purchases
If you subscribed through the iOS App Store, your subscription is managed by Apple.
To cancel:
-
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
-
Tap your name at the top, then select Subscriptions.
-
Find Ever Accountable from the list.
-
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Alternatively, you can cancel through iTunes on a computer by signing in with your Apple ID and navigating to Account > View My Account > Manage Subscriptions.
💡 Note: Because Apple processes App Store subscriptions, only Apple can handle billing or refund requests for these purchases.

If your subscription was purchased via the Google Play Store, it’s managed through your Google account.
To cancel:
-
Open the Google Play Store app.
-
Tap your profile icon (top right).

Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
-
Choose Ever Accountable, then tap Cancel subscription and confirm.
💡 Tip: You can also manage subscriptions at play.google.com from a web browser.
