Can I see a sample Accountability Report?

Our Reports are simple and easy to use and will look something like this:

In short, the various different options to view our reports are as follows:

Blacklisted Items: These websites are on Ever Accountable's blacklist. They are known pornographic and/or inappropriate websites.

Suspicious Items: This content could be inappropriate. We encourage you to click on each entry found inside of this report area to see more information and determine if you need to reach out to the person being you're helping with accountability.

All Items: This area of the report shows all website activity during the reporting period.

If you click the report where it says how many active devices there are, a list of devices for that specific user will open up and look like this:

To see more of the device's details, please click on the device name to be taken to the screen below. This screen will give you all the details pertaining to just that specific device.

Device Sharing Interruptions: This area will show you times when the Ever Accountable app was disabled or when accessibility settings prevented Ever Accountable from sharing activity for a device.

Device Usage: Click this section to see how much time users spent inside each app (reported) on a device. It'll display the amount of time in each app as well as give you the option to see more info on each app if available.

Looking to view a different time period?

You can click the arrow button next to the date at the top of the report to view different periods of time, or a custom date range

Filter Report: If you need to see activity from a specific device and/or app, click the Filter option at the top of the screen. You'll be able to filter by device as well as app. Just click the check box for the item you're wanting to customize the view for and when you're finished click View Results.
