For downgrading the plan from Family to Individual, you will need to cancel first the current subscription and resubscribe back as an Individual Plan.
NO WORRIES! The system will issue a prorated adjustment for the current subscription and will give you an automatic credit for your account.
STEP1. Log into your account https://home.everaccountable.com/userprofile/v4/login/ and navigate to "Settings" page, then click on the “Cancel Subscription" link.
STEP2. Tap "Yes, Cancel My Subscription" button
STEP3. Tap "Resubscribe Now" button.
STEP4. Choose the type of "Individual Subscription" you want to use by tapping the desired payment scheme.
STEP5. Enter your card details and tap the "Pay" button.
All set! Click the "Back to Account" link.
