In Windows version, Ever Accountable fully supports Firefox browsing. However, there are some emails from the customer stating that Firefox is not monitored.
This is due to the Accessibility feature within Firefox browsers that can be disabled or enabled by the user using their device. PLEASE NOTE that when the client knows this feature they can make a workaround on our app using Firefox browser.
This feature (when disabled) prevents 3rd party applications like EverAccountable from monitoring the browser activities within. Right now we don't have the ability to change this option from our end. However, in the next release of the Windows latest version, we will add this feature so Ever Accountable can report to the accountability partners when the Firefox accessibility has been disabled by the user.
For now, we advise customers to manually enable the Accessibility to monitor Firefox browsing fully.
1. Open the Firefox browser.
2. Click the Menu icon at the top right corner.
3. Click the menu Options.
4. In the options page, select the Privacy & Security tab.
5. Scroll down until you find the Permissions section. Uncheck the Prevent Accessibility Service.
