Our blacklisting feature allows you to add specific words or phrases as suspicious content to reports. That way you can personalize your accountability and can break down your own "loopholes."
We designed this feature so that the user and all of their accountability partners can view and add new keywords and phrases to the list, however, ONLY the accountability partner can remove them.
To add your own personal blacklist items follow these instructions:
Step 1: After logging into your dashboard, click on the new flag icon in the top right corner of the page.
Step 2: Add your own personal blacklisted keywords and phrases. Make sure that you separate them with new lines so that we can distinguish between them for reporting.
Feel free to add as many as you need to make sure that you aren't leaving yourself open to temptation and then click the big "Save" button.
And that's it! You now have custom reporting on your very own keywords and phrasing.
Please note that these new filters will only apply to new searches after they have been added. After you have new data you can view the results in your reports. They will appear in the "suspicious" section as seen below.
In the actual content breakdown (the report that comes up when you click on the "Suspicious content found" button), every piece of content that is on the custom blacklist will be flagged with "[User's Name here] asked that this be flagged" so that you can easily distinguish it from other content. You can see this in the screenshot below.
And that's it! If you need anything you can always ask for more help by contacting us directly. Just click the "Submit a Request" button in the top right of your screen.
