Our keyword feature allows you to add specific words or phrases as suspicious content to reports. That way you can personalize your accountability to protect yourself against your own habits.
We designed this feature so that the user and all of their accountability partners can view and add new keywords and phrases to the list, however, ONLY the accountability partner can remove them.
To add your own personal keyword items follow these instructions:
Step 1: After logging into your dashboard, go to the Reports tab and click the gear in the top right hand corner.
Step 2: A box will pop up with a section called Keyword Monitoring. Click inside that box and enter as many keywords as you'd like. To separate each keyword/phrase, please create each entry on a new line. Each entry saves as soon as you hit enter.
And that's it! You now have custom reporting on your very own keywords and phrasing.
Please note that these new filters will only apply to new searches after they have been added. After you have new data you can view the results in your reports. They will appear in the "suspicious" section as seen below.
In the actual content breakdown (the report that comes up when you click on the "Suspicious content found" button), every piece of content that is on the custom blacklist will be flagged with "[User's Name here] asked that this be flagged" so that you can easily distinguish it from other content. You can see this in the screenshot below.
And that's it! If you need anything you can always ask for more help by contacting us directly. Just click the "Contact Us" button in the bottom left of your screen.
