How do I install Ever Accountable on Mac OS?

Follow these simple steps to install Ever Accountable on your Mac.

Part 1: Install Ever Accountable on your Mac device:
 

1.1: Visit our download page at everaccountable.com/download and click on the "Download on the Mac App Store" button to start your download.

1.2 (Introduction): Click "CONTINUE"

Select "Allow" so that the installer can access files in your downloads folder.

1.3 (Destination Select): Select "CONTINUE"

1.4 (Installation Type): Click the "INSTALL" button.

1.5 (Installation): Enter your Mac password and select "Install Software"

1.6 (Summary): This window confirms that Ever Accountable has been installed. Click "CLOSE" to continue and finish.

Select "Keep" This is recommended for troubleshooting purposes in case issues comes up.
 

Part 2: Completing the Setup process in your Ever Accountable App on your Mac.

2.1: Sign into your Ever Accountable app on your Mac with your Ever Accountable credentials:

2.2: Select an option below and select "Next". If you're a user intending to share your activity to your accountability partner, select the first option. If you're an accountability partner and do not intend to share your activity, select the second option.

2.3: Select "Enable" for the Permissions below:

 

Screen Share Permission: You will be directed to this page in your device settings once you select "Enable" for Screen Share Permissions. Please "Toggle On" Ever Accountable (to the right) under Screen & System Audio Recording.
 

Once toggled on, you will be asked to enter your Mac credentials to modify this setting. Please enter your Mac Password and select "Modify Settings"

For the window below, please select "Later". 

Systems Events Permission & Google Chrome Permission: Select "Enable" for Systems Event's Permission.

You will be directed to the page below once you select "Enable" for System Event's Permissions. Toggle on (to the right) for all three options. When you toggle on the third option for Google Chrome, it will automatically enable "Google Chrome Permission"

2.4: Once you have done this, you have completed setup. You will be directed to your Ever Accountable home screen. Please exit (Quit) out of your Ever Accountable app, and access the app once again from the top right of your menu bar.
